LIONS LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Lions clubs throughout MD37 were encouraged to offer scholarships to high school graduates in their communities to celebrate the 75th anniversary of our multiple district in 2002. The Lions of Alberta Foundation is pleased to announce a new program to enhance the continued implementation of this scholarship program. We believe that the legacy of Lions Community service deserves continued recognition and celebration. For that reason the Lions of Alberta Foundation is pleased to offer Lions clubs a matching grant of up to $250.00 cdn per Lions Legacy Scholarship presented by your Lions club. Grants will be limited to two (2) scholarships per Lions club per year, limited to MD 37 Canadian Lions clubs only.
